BIM Coordinator - MEP / Data Centre ConstructionLocation: Blyth, Northumberland3D Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a leading international main contractor specialising in the delivery of major data centre and mission-critical construction projects across the UK and Europe.Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator with a strong MEP background to support the digital coordination and engineering delivery of a major data centre development in Blyth, Northumberland.This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM professional experienced in technically complex construction projects, with particular emphasis on mechanical and electrical building services coordination.The RoleCoordinate MEP building services models and associated BIM deliverablesManage 2D and 3D coordination activities across multiple construction disciplinesCarry out clash detection and support resolution of design and construction interfacesCoordinate BIM information between design consultants, subcontractors and site engineering teamsMonitor and manage BIM coordination milestones throughout the construction programmeEnsure models and drawings reflect current technical information and design changesAttend coordination meetings and support resolution of technical modelling issuesAssist with BIM quality standards, documentation and model managementProvide technical guidance and support to junior BIM staffWork closely with design, mechanical, electrical and CSA teams to maintain coordinated project ..... full job details .....
