BIM Coordinator

This permanent opportunity offers 60,000- 65,000 per annum and would suit someone with a strong Revit MEP background who has experience coordinating complex installations across large-scale projects. The RoleYou''ll take responsibility for delivering 2D and 3D coordination milestones, working closely with package managers, site engineers and other disciplines to ensure Building Services installations are accurately coordinated.A key part of your role will involve identifying and resolving clashes, producing technical information and ensuring work is delivered in accordance with the project BIM Execution Plan.You''ll also provide support to junior members of the team while contributing to the successful digital delivery of the wider project.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver 2D and 3D coordination milestonesManage and resolve clashes between disciplinesProduce drawings, specifications and schedulesWork in accordance with the BIM Execution PlanCoordinate complex MEP installationsLiaise with package managers and site engineersReview models and identify potential coordination issuesProvide technical support to junior team membersMaintain accurate and coordinated project information What We''re Looking For4+ years of relevant industry experienceStrong Revit skills with an MEP biasExperience working across large-scale projectsGood understanding of multidisciplinary coordinationNavisworks experience is highly desirableAutoCAD knowledge would be beneficialRelevant degree in engineering or ..... full job details .....
