BIM Coordinator
to join their BIM team in London.What does the role involve?Working within a team environment, you will support development teams by assisting with the provision of a multi-disciplinary consultancy service for clients. The team is engaged in numerous prestigious high-rise developments in London, and you will provide 3D modelling for complex building services.Duties include:Producing CAD deliverables aligned with relevant BIM standards and company information management systems.Creating drawings and schedules to standard requirements.Liaising with team leaders, project managers, and engineers across disciplines.Managing projects independently to meet deadlines.Collaborating closely with other discipline teams.To be successful, you should possess:Experience working within a Building Services Engineering environment.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks.Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with clients and team members.Strong project understanding and time management skills.Good Microsoft Office skills.Experience with Solibri would be advantageous.What’s in it for you?Their Building Services teams are known for innovative design solutions and are committed to environmentally sustainable outcomes.
