Coordinate and manage BIM processes across RIBA Stages 0-7Develop and maintain federated Revit and Navisworks models up to LOD 400Run clash detection, issue tracking and data validation to ISO 19650Lead internal training sessions and mentor junior modellersParticipate in design reviews, visualisation workshops and client presentationsDrive continuous improvement through Dynamo scripts, plug-ins and cloud workflowsSkills and Experience
Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related fieldProven experience with BIM software, preferably Autodesk Revit and NavisworksStrong understanding of architectural and engineering principles and related design softwareExcellent problem-solving, organisational and communication skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughnessFamiliarity with ACC/BIM 360, Rhino-Inside and IFC standardsBenefits
