We are looking for a talented, inquisitive, and commercially minded Bid Manager to join our thriving Facilities Management (FM) team. Working closely with and reporting into the Head of Business Support, you’ll play a key part in crafting winning proposals that help secure high-value contracts and capital projects across the public and private sectors. You will take ownership of the entire bid process, from initial kick-off to final submission while also producing clear, engaging, and high-scoring content that reflects Corrigenda’s capabilities, values, and client focus. Additionally, you will support the development and training of our Business Support Coordinators, equipping them with fundamental skills and best practices in bid writing.Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
Our Ideal Facilities Bid Manager will need to have:Degree, degree level and/or relevant professional qualification / experienceProven ability in delivering winning, multi-million-pound product or services opportunities within the Facilities Management or construction industry.Proven team leadership skills in office-based and virtual work environmentsMust be an excellent communicator and comfortable working at Director Level (internal and external customer)Fully conversant with the FM competitive marketplaceHas experience and ability to manage complex, multi-workstream opportunities.Solid understanding and management of internal governance proceduresA background in FM solution selling and experience of FM bid management from opportunity identification through to project deliveryAble to provide valuable input into value proposition development, opportunity qualification, win strategy, commercial discussions, and solution delivery.Solid bid writing experience.Sound commercial understanding coupled with risk management skills.You will work Monday to Friday 40 hours; you will need to be flexible to meet the requirements of the role.
