Bid Manager - Tier 1 Main ContractorThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor, managing tenders for major construction projects across a diverse portfolio.You will lead the bid process from initial opportunity through to final submission, working closely with pre-construction, estimating, commercial and operational teams to deliver high-quality, competitive tenders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full tender process, including PQQs, SQs and ITTs.Develop bid strategies and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.Produce compelling, client-focused tender submissions.Work closely with estimating and pre-construction teams.Manage tender programmes, deadlines and submission requirements.Lead bid reviews, client presentations and post-tender interviews.RequirementsProven Bid Manager experience with a Tier 1 main contractor or major construction business.Strong understanding of construction tendering and procurement.Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple bids and tight deadlines.What We OfferCompetitive salary of 60,000- 80,000, depending on experience.Car allowance or company benefits package, where applicable.Pension scheme and annual leave entitlement.Exposure to high-profile, large-scale construction projects.The opportunity to work with an established pre-construction and senior leadership team.Long-term career progression within a leading main contracting business.Flexible ..... full job details .....
