Bid Coordinator

Sitting at the centre of the bidding process, you ll coordinate the production and delivery of high-quality submissions, bringing structure to information from multiple stakeholders and ensuring every bid is compelling, compliant and delivered on time. The role As Bid Coordinator, you ll take ownership of the coordination process across a variety of bids and framework opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting written submissions and associated marketing materials, including expressions of interest, PQQs, tenders, case studies and presentations. Working closely with the wider proposals team and internal stakeholders to gather, coordinate and develop bid responses.
