The Bid Coordinator - Maternity CoverAn established construction and property consultancy are looking for a bid coordinator for a maternity cover, based out of their south-east London office.The successful Bid Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the preparation and delivery of bids, tenders and submissions.Bid Coordinator - Role and responsibilitiesResponsibilities will include:Monitoring public tender notices for suitable project opportunitiesExpressing interest in tenders and downloading documentation from online portalsManaging the bid/no bid process for allocated bidsLeading bid kick-off meetings where requiredProducing high-quality submissions to support work-winning and project delivery activityEnsuring submissions follow corporate guidelines and brandingPreparing written submission content, research, clarifications and responses for SQ, ITT, Framework and Fee submissionsLiaising with internal departments to gather relevant bid informationEnsuring all written material is factually and grammatically correctKeeping the tender tracker up to dateRequesting client feedbackCreating bespoke presentations, organograms, visuals, case studies and company CVsManaging bid visuals in line with brand guidelines and updated company informationThe Bid CoordinatorThe successful Bid Coordinator will ideally have:Previous experience working with bidsIntermediate Word and Excel skillsKnowledge of other Microsoft Office programmes and Adobe AcrobatStrong attention to ..... full job details .....
