Bid Coordinator
Bid Coordinator 38,000- 45,000 Exciting opportunity to join an Award-Winning Architecture Practice near Farringdon as a Bid Coordinator. This is a new role to support an ever-growing team. Monday to Friday full time position, with one day allowing remote working. The Bid Coordinator is responsible for supporting the preparation of successful bids and tenders across architecture, urban design, master planning, landscape architecture, development consultancy, and community engagement projects. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate some strong bid coordination experience. Have strong organisational, communication, and writing skills. A proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign with an interest in architecture or the built environment. A wonderful opportunity to join this friendly, supportive, and inclusive organisation. Responsibilities include: Coordinate and support bid submissions at all stages. Write and edit bid content, manage submission inputs, and maintain the bid library. Assist with capability statements, supplier questionnaires, and accreditation applications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, designers, marketing, and creative specialists, to produce high-quality proposals. Liaise with colleagues and clients while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
