Key responsibilities Develop persuasive submissions: Write, edit and refine bids, proposals and supporting documents around clear win themes and evaluation criteria. Understand each opportunity: Review tender requirements, research client priorities and identify the evidence needed to strengthen responses. Gather expert input: Work with client teams, technical specialists and creative colleagues to capture relevant insights, examples and measurable outcomes. Make complex information accessible: Translate detailed material into concise, engaging content that reflects each client s voice. Coordinate delivery: Maintain submission schedules, organise reviews and ensure responses meet formatting, compliance and deadline requirements.
