Bid and Communications Coordinator
based in London. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of business development and marketing, helping shape strategy, craft compelling content, and strengthen the practice’s profile across projects, digital platforms, and the wider industry.Responsibilities
Producing persuasive bids, proposals, and presentationsCreating and updating marketing materials, case studies, and digital contentDriving PR, media outreach, and social media activityResearching potential projects, partners, and competitorsCoordinating events, exhibitions, and award submissionsSupporting the leadership team on business development initiativesWhat they’re looking for
Prior experience in a similar bid/communications role ideally within the built environmentExcellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skillsStrong graphic design skills (Adobe InDesign and Photoshop)Can juggle multiple projects and deadlines with easeHas experience in bid writing, proposal coordination, or digital marketingPassion for architecture and designBenefits
