Job Title: Bench Hand JoinerLocation: Leicester (LE2)Shift: 8am to 4:30pm Mon to ThuPay Rate: 15.00 to 18.00 per hour DOEBenefitsCompetitive hourly rate based on experience.Stable, full-time position with an established employer.About the RoleOur client is a creative design and manufacturing business specialising in bespoke retail environments, furniture, and interior installations for well-known UK brands. Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture, assemble, and finish bespoke retail furniture and display units from technical drawings and specifications.Operate a wide range of woodworking machinery and hand tools, including saws, routers, planers, and sanders.Work with a variety of materials such as hardwood, MDF, laminates, and solid surfaces.Ensure a high-quality finish on all joinery work, maintaining attention to detail and craftsmanship standards.Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other joiners to ensure accurate interpretation of drawings and timely completion of projects.Participate in assembly and fitting of units within the workshop, with occasional support for on-site installations.Key Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner or similar role within a manufacturing or shopfitting environment.Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.Competent in the safe use of woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools.Apply: To apply for the Bench Hand Joiner role, please submit an up to date CV and one of our ..... full job details .....
