We are currently looking for experienced Bench Hand Joiners to join a high-quality joinery manufacturer based in Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a skilled team producing bespoke, premium-grade joinery for a wide range of commercial and architectural projects.
The Role:
You will be working within a modern workshop environment, carrying out bench joinery duties to produce high-end bespoke joinery components. Projects vary from one-off pieces to full interior fit-outs, often working from detailed drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Assembling and finishing bespoke joinery products
Working with a range of hardwoods, sheet materials, and veneers
Using hand tools and woodworking machinery
Ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bench joiner in a workshop environment
Ability to read technical drawings accurately
Confident using a wide range of woodworking machinery and tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
