Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are a UK Leader within the building energy management systems (BEMS) sector.

Out of their energy management centre in Glasgow, they are looking to hire a customer support manager.

This represents a superb opportunity to join a leader within the BMS / BEMS sectors in a very key position.

The Role:

• You will lead and manage a team of 6 customer support technicians delivering the required services to EMC Customers
• Being first point of contact for customers nationally
• Delegating jobs to team members
• It will be your responsibility to plan and coordinate the customer support services and work programmes
• Staff support, training and development
• Holiday and sickness approval
• Attend customer meetings at the clients request

Requirements:

• We are seeking someone with strong customer service skills
• It might be that you are coming from an account management or customer service level position
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Good IT Skills - Microsoft Excel
• Leadership, supervisory or strong management skills
• Any knowledge of BMS / BEMS / HVAC Systems would be an advantage

Salary:

• -41,000 - -41,593
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays and rising with service
