Customer Support Associate Location: Glasgow Job Type: Full-Time Salary: OTE £600 £750 per week About the Role We''re looking for a warm, dependable Customer Support Associate to join our Glasgow team. This isn''t a desk-based support role you''ll be meeting customers face-to-face across the city, helping answer questions, resolve concerns, and guide them toward the right solution. It suits someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants a role where good service is directly rewarded. What You''ll Be Doing Visiting customers in residential areas across Glasgow to provide support in person Listening carefully to understand what each customer actually needs Answering questions clearly and resolving concerns on the spot where possible Guiding satisfied customers toward relevant products or services Managing your own diary of appointments and visits Keeping accurate records of every customer interaction What We''re Looking For A patient, approachable manner and strong face-to-face communication skills Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule Calm under pressure, with good problem-solving instincts Resilience and a positive attitude, even on tougher days Driving licence and transport preferred No previous experience required full training provided What''s On Offer Commission-only pay, OTE £600 £750 per week Full training and continuous support Flexibility in how you plan your working day Real progression opportunities into senior roles A close, ..... full job details .....
