This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting pupils to manage behaviour positively and access education in a structured, nurturing environment.You will play a key role in helping pupils develop emotional regulation skills, build positive relationships, and engage in learning.Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural and emotional needsImplement behaviour support strategies and individual behaviour plansSupport pupils in developing emotional regulation and coping skillsDe-escalate challenging behaviour using a calm and consistent approachBuild positive, trusting relationships with pupilsSupport pupils to engage in learning activities and routinesWork collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teamsContribute to a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience working with children or young ..... full job details .....
