These settings have built an amazing community where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential through consistency, understanding and a supportive approach.we are looking to take on Behaviour Support Workers on either a short-term or long-term basis with an ASAP start. The successful Behaviour Support Worker will support students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, delivering a mixture of 1:1 support and small group interventions, promoting positive behaviour and helping students engage successfully with their learning.The successful Behaviour Support Worker will have: Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH and challenging behavioursExperience working within an Alternative Provision, SEMH setting or similar environmentExcellent behaviour management and de-escalation skillsThe ability to build positive and trusting relationships with studentsA patient, resilient and proactive approachA genuine passion for ..... full job details .....
