The Role: Provide targeted support for students who have been removed from mainstream lessons or are based in specialist provision.Help students re-engage with learning and develop positive behaviour strategies.Work alongside teachers, pastoral staff, and SEN teams to create a safe and supportive learning environment.Act as a mentor and role model, using patience and empathy to encourage progress.
