Job Description and Responsibilities
Step into this role to support primary pupils with emotional or social vibes, using your empathy and quick thinking to create safe, hype spaces. It's all about flexibility—no rigid routine here—and making a real difference in young lives while gaining mad skills in mental health support. 

• Spot and sort behaviour vibes early, dropping in with cool strategies to keep things smooth.
• Run small group sessions on emotions and resilience, mixing fun games with real-talk tips.
• Collab with teachers and parents to craft personalised plans that actually work.
• Use apps and tools to track moods and progress, keeping everything data-fresh.
• Jump into crisis moments with calm energy, turning them into growth ops.

Job Requirements

• Experience with children, ideally with behavioural needs (e.g., mentoring, care work).
• DBS check required.
• Training in behaviour management or SEN (e.g., Team Teach, CACHE Level 3) preferred.
• Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
