Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant

Location: Richmond upon Thames
Salary: £85 – £110 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time | Term-Time
Start Date: Immediate

GSL Education is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join a well-respected Special Needs School in Richmond upon Thames. The school supports students with Autism, SEMH, and additional learning needs.

• Support students with behavioural needs both in and out of the classroom.

• Use positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques.

• Encourage and model positive social interaction and emotional regulation.

• Help build student confidence and support their educational journey.

• Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs.

• A calm, patient and consistent approach to support.

• A strong sense of empathy and emotional intelligence.

• A willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.

• Daily pay based on your experience and role.

• Free Team Teach training and behaviour support resources.

• A dedicated consultant for ongoing support and guidance.

• £100 bonus for every successful referral.
