Prospero Teaching is recruiting for a Behaviour Support Worker to join a specialist SEN school in Harrow, Northwest London. This welcoming SEN school supports children with Autism, SEMH, and complex behavioural needs and is looking for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Worker to start in September 2025. Role Details: Position: Behaviour Support Worker Setting: SEN School Location: Harrow, Northwest London Start Date: September 2025 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm Pay: GBP106 per day Contract Type: Long-term About the School: Specialist setting for children with Autism, SEMH, and complex needs Strong emphasis on therapeutic approaches and behaviour support Supportive and well-trained staff team Regular CPD and in-house training opportunities Requirements: Experience supporting children or young people with behavioural needs, preferably in an educational or care setting Calm, confident, and proactive attitude to managing challenging behaviours Enhanced DBS (child and adult workforce) on the Update Service Right to work in the UK Two references covering the last 2 years Prospero Teaching is acting as an employment business/education recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy.
