This is an immediate-start supply role, perfect for someone passionate about supporting young people and helping them thrive in school.You''ll work closely with the school''s pastoral team, supporting students with behaviour, engagement, emotional needs, and confidence building - helping them stay focused, safe, and ready to learn.Ideal Background:We''d love to hear from you if you have experience in any of the following:Working with teenagers in schools, youth projects, community groups, or performing artsSupporting young people with behaviour, emotional regulation, or confidenceA calm, patient, and empathetic approach in challenging situationsUnderstanding of trauma, attachment issues, or SEMH needs (desirable, not essential)TA qualifications are great but not required - full training providedRecruitment Criteria (Required):At least 3 months of recent experience working as a teaching assistant in a UK school, supported by detailed referencesTA qualifications are beneficial but not essentialMust hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS, and provide Overseas Police Checks if applicableMust provide a CV with full employment and education history, with all gaps explainedHave the legal ..... full job details .....
