We are currently seeking a skilled Behaviour Mentor to join a dynamic team within a school in the Wolverton area. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require additional guidance and encouragement due to behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them develop strategies to manage their behaviour effectively
- Foster a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to learning and personal growth
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to implement individualized behaviour management plans
- Act as a positive role model, inspiring students to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young adults, particularly those with behavioural difficulties, is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students
- Patience, resilience, and a non-judgmental approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs
- A commitment to promoting inclusivity and equality within the educational setting
- Hold a valid DBS or ability to obtain a DBS
