Behaviour Mentor - Secondary School - Coventry - From 95 PAYE per dayLong Term Futures is working in partnership with a mainstream OFSTED-rated ''Good'' secondary school in Coventry to recruit a resilient and adaptable Behaviour Mentor.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting young people in classroom settings across a range of year groups. The role focuses on helping students to engage positively with learning and supporting behaviour management strategies in class.We are looking for a confident, proactive individual who can build strong relationships with students and staff, remain calm under pressure, and encourage pupils to develop positive attitudes towards learning and behaviour.The Role:Provide behaviour support within classrooms across a variety of year groups (KS3 and KS4)Work closely with teaching staff to implement consistent behaviour management strategiesBuild positive relationships with students to promote engagement and focus in lessonsSupport students in overcoming barriers to learning, encouraging positive social skills and emotional regulationAssist in maintaining a purposeful, orderly classroom environment to support learning for all pupilsRespond to challenging behaviour in a professional, calm and consistent mannerWhat We''re Looking For:Proven experience working in a secondary school or similar educational settingStrong behaviour management skills and confidence managing challenging situationsAbility to work flexibly ..... full job details .....
