We are seeking an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to support students at a mainstream secondary school in Bushey, starting in September 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in behaviour management, youth work, or mentoring who is looking to make a meaningful impact on studentsandrsquo; education and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students in class and through targeted small group interventions
Helping to reduce barriers to learning caused by behavioural or emotional challenges
Mentoring students to build self-confidence, motivation, and resilience
Assisting teachers in maintaining a calm, focused learning environment
Recording behavioural incidents and contributing to personalised intervention strategies
