You will help pupils develop positive behaviour, build trusting relationships and overcome barriers that may affect their experience of school.Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff, you will provide consistent guidance and encouragement to help pupils develop emotional regulation, improve their engagement and make positive choices throughout the school day.The Role: Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils experiencing behavioural or emotional difficulties Building positive relationships while maintaining clear and consistent boundaries Helping pupils recognise triggers and develop strategies to manage their emotions Supporting agreed behaviour plans and positive reinforcement approaches Encouraging pupils to engage with classroom learning and school routines Supporting transitions, breaktimes and situations where pupils may need additional guidance Helping children develop communication, conflict-resolution and social skills Using appropriate de-escalation strategies in line with school policies and ..... full job details .....
