Behaviour Mentor - SEMH and Autism High Barnet, EN5 (commutable from Finchley, Whetstone, Mill Hill, Borehamwood and Potters Bar) 110- 125 per day Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary Long Term Futures is recruiting a resilient and relationship-focused Behaviour Mentor to provide dedicated 1:1 support for an 8-year-old Year 4 pupil within a specialist SEN setting in Barnet. The pupil has Autism, SEMH and behavioural needs and requires a consistent adult who can build trust, provide clear boundaries and become a positive role model throughout the school day. This isn''t about simply managing behaviour. The priority is understanding what sits behind it, developing a strong relationship and helping the pupil feel safe, regulated and ready to engage with learning.
