Long Term Futures is working with a welcoming and well-led four-form entry junior school in Rugby, rated ''Good'' by OFSTED, who are seeking a versatile Behaviour Mentor to support across multiple year groups. This role will involve a combination of whole-class support, small group interventions, and 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs, including those with SEN such as ASD and Challenging Behaviour.Key Responsibilities:Provide flexible support across different year groups as requiredAssist the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons and adapting activitiesWork with small groups to deliver targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy, and social developmentOffer 1:1 support across Key Stage 2 pupils with Autism and Challenging BehaviourSupport pupils with focus, emotional regulation, and engagement in learningHelp maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environmentCollaborate with teachers, SENCO, and support staff to meet individual learning needsMonitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staffIdeal Candidate Profile:Experience working as a Behaviour Mentor in a primary school settingConfidence supporting across different year groupsExperience supporting children with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, Behavioural ..... full job details .....
