The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working as a Behaviour Mentor, Learning Mentor, or within an SEN/SEMH setting
• Strong understanding of behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
• Passion for supporting learners with autism and challenging behaviours
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to build positive, trusting relationships with young people
