Behaviour Mentor Location: Rugby, CV21Weekly Pay: £500 - £525Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term Time Only)Start Date: 01/09/2026Contract: Long-Term to Permanent Long Term Futures is recruiting a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming and inclusive junior school in Rugby. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity supporting pupils with challenging behaviour, SEMH and additional needs, helping them engage positively in school life and achieve their full potential. Working alongside the SENCO, class teachers and pastoral team, you will provide tailored support to pupils who require consistent guidance with emotional regulation, behaviour and classroom engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is resilient, proactive and passionate about making a lasting difference to children''s lives. The Role Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support for pupils with challenging behaviour Support children with SEMH, ASD and additional learning needs Use positive behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies Build trusting relationships to improve confidence, engagement and attendance Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and pastoral team to implement behaviour plans Support pupils both inside and outside ..... full job details .....
