Behaviour Mentor - Leicester As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide 1:1 support to pupils who require additional guidance to help them engage positively with education. You will build strong, trusting relationships, encourage positive behaviour, and help pupils develop confidence, resilience and strategies to overcome barriers to learning. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience supporting children and young people who is looking to make a meaningful impact outside of a traditional classroom setting. Many of these pupils may have been out of education for some time, so confidence levels may be very low. It will be your responsibility to re-engage them in learning, promote positive behaviour, and help re-establish structure and routine in their daily lives. Prospero Teaching will work closely with you to monitor each pupil''s progress and provide ongoing support to ensure successful outcomes.
