Behaviour Mentor Location: Birmingham Pay Rate: £110 - £120 per day Start Date: September Start Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Contract: Long-Term with Potential Permanent OpportunityLong Term Futures are recruiting for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school from September. This role will focus on supporting pupils across Key Stage 2, working closely with children who require additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning.The successful candidate will become part of a strong pastoral and SEN team, providing both 1:1 mentoring and small group interventions for pupils with SEMH needs.
