Behaviour Mentor Grantham Location: Grantham Full-Time Monday to Friday Agency: GSL EducationGSL Education are currently recruiting for a resilient and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work in schools across Grantham. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience supporting children or adults with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs who are passionate about making a meaningful impact.The Role:As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support students who may display challenging behaviour due to underlying SEMH needs. You will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping them to develop positive behaviours, emotional regulation, and engagement with learning.Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted support for students with SEMH needsBuild positive, trusting relationships with pupilsImplement behaviour management strategies and interventionsSupport students in and out of the classroom to remain engagedWork collaboratively with teaching staff and pastoral teams Requirements: Experience working with children or adults with SEMH needsStrong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approachRelevant qualifications (e.g. Psychology, Education, Youth Work, or similar) are desirableAbility to build rapport and motivate studentsA proactive and resilient attitude What GSL Education Offers: Competitive daily ratesOngoing support from experienced consultantsOpportunities for professional development and trainingAccess to a range of local ..... full job details .....
