ANZUK is looking for Behaviour Mentors to join our excellent schools across South-West London, supporting pupils with SEMH needs, Autism & ADHD. This will be across Primary, Secondary & SEN schools so lots of opportunities.

- Support children in their learning and development by implementing. individualised behaviour management strategies, to support their needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment through effective communication and mentoring.
- Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to address the unique needs of each child.
- Assist in the delivery of tailored educational programs, including speech therapy and early childhood education activities.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to parents and educators as needed.
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to use initiative.
- A child and adult DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Full-time availability Mon-Fri 8.30am-3.30pm and a strong sense of commitment.
- Team Teach training is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience working with SEMH needs in a PRU or similar setting.
