Job Description - Behaviour Support Assistant
Reports to: Assistant Headteacher (Behaviour and Inclusion) / SENDCo / Inclusion Manager
Purpose of the Role
To support students whose behaviour presents barriers to learning by promoting positive behaviour, improving engagement, and helping students develop the social and emotional skills needed to succeed in school.
