Bathroom Technical Support Advisor
Location: Chard, Somerset (Hybrid: 1-2 days WFH)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday, between 8am - 8.30am start and 4pm - 4.30pm finish
Salary: -28,000 per annum

The Role
As a Bathroom Technical Support Advisor, you''ll be the go-to expert for customers and installers needing technical support with bathroom and wetroom products. You''ll provide guidance on installation best practices, troubleshoot issues, and produce survey drawings to support successful project delivery.
Working closely with the Customer Services team and Technical Field Engineers, you''ll ensure every customer receives accurate, helpful advice and a positive experience with their market-leading brands.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Responding to technical enquiries via phone and email, offering expert advice on installation and product use
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints and queries within set timescales
- Producing 2D and 3D survey drawings using CAD software (training provided)
- Advising on product specifications and compatibility, including replacement parts
- Supporting warranty claims and processing replacements in line with company policies
- Coordinating service calls with field engineers and liaising with customers
- Recording product issues and tracking resolutions using EFACS software
- Supporting the wider Customer Service team with technical knowledge and daily tasks
What You''ll Bring
- Experience in bathroom installation, plumbing, or the KBB (Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom) industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents
- CAD experience preferred (but not essential)
- IT proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach
