Banking Customer Service Advisor

Huntswood is working with a leading financial institution to enhance their investment banking customer experience and we''re looking for knowledgeable and confident customer service agents for this great opportunity. In this role, you''ll be supporting investment banking customer with their products and services. This is a chance to bring your banking experience to a role where service excellence, accuracy, and relationship-building matter. You''ll support customers on the phone offering clear guidance, solving tricky questions, and making sure every client has a smooth, professional experience.Where You''ll WorkYou''ll join the client''s City Centre Glasgow office-designed to foster collaboration and high performance.
