An exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced senior mental health practitioner to work closely with the Team Manager and other senior clinicians within HandF Central MINT services in Hammersmith and Fulham. This management post is open to nurses, social workers and occupational therapists.Remodelled community teams have been established to deliver mental health interventions in partnership with primary care, while continuing to provide care for those with more complex needs. The post holder will provide local professional leadership and oversee the nursing staff in the MINT team, ensuring delivery of high-quality care within available resources.The Long-Term Plan and NHSE''s Community Mental Health Framework provide opportunities to address gaps in community mental health care, with a focus on joined-up care and whole population ..... full job details .....
