Band 4 Ward Administrator - Larimar role at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. An opportunity has arisen for a ward administrator at Larimar Unit, within the Ardenleigh site. Larimar is an acute female mental health inpatient ward.Responsibilities

Be a key member of the inpatient team, performing a wide range of administrative duties.Attend and minute meetings, comply with standard financial instructions, provide comprehensive admin support to the two ward managers and clinical staff within the wards.Work on own initiative with effective organisational skills, prioritising workload and maintaining information governance.Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with ward staff.Qualifications/Requirements

Understanding of acute inpatient services and ability to deal with sensitive situations on the wards.Ability to work on own initiative, strong organisational and prioritisation skills, and information governance.Contact for more details
