B2B Associate

Talentmark are recruiting for a B2B Associate-to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week on-site in Basingstoke.-

Salary:
-21.67 ph to -28.27 per hour PAYE

B2B Associate Role:

• Act as a customer triage and first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries
• Route priority accounts and complex enquiries to the appropriate internal teams.
• Ensure all interactions and materials shared align with the latest approved brand materials.
• Accurately document customer interactions, decisions, and outcomes within relevant tracking tools or CRM systems.
• Manage enquiries currently received via multiple channels.

Your Background:

• Experience in a customer-facing, triage, coordination, or operational role.
• Ability to assess, prioritise, and route enquiries using defined frameworks.
• High attention to detail with strong documentation and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with ABPI Code of Practice or similar compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge or experience in Diabetes, Obesity, or related therapy areas would be an advantage.
