B2B Associate

Talentmark are recruiting for a B2B Associate to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week on-site in Basingstoke. Salary: 21.67 ph to 28.27 per hour PAYE B2B Associate Role:Act as a customer triage and first point of contact for inbound customer enquiriesRoute priority accounts and complex enquiries to the appropriate internal teams.Ensure all interactions and materials shared align with the latest approved brand materials.Accurately document customer interactions, decisions, and outcomes within relevant tracking tools or CRM systems.Manage enquiries currently received via multiple channels.Your Background:Experience in a customer-facing, triage, coordination, or operational role.Ability to assess, prioritise, and route enquiries using defined frameworks.High attention to detail with strong documentation and organisational skills.Familiarity with ABPI Code of Practice or similar compliance frameworks.Knowledge or experience in Diabetes, Obesity, or related therapy areas would be an advantage.Company: Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
