Awaab''s Law Team Leader Lead a team that makes a real difference. Peabody is seeking an experienced Awaab''s Law Team Leader to lead a specialist team managing Awaab''s Law cases, ensuring residents receive safe, healthy homes through timely, compliant action and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities: Lead and support a team of Awaab''s Law Leads and Administrators. Manage cases from identification to resolution, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. Work closely with operational teams and contractors to coordinate investigations and remedial works. Monitor performance, analyse trends and drive continuous improvement. Ensure residents receive clear, empathetic communication throughout their journey. About you: Experienced people leader with a track record of delivering high-performing services. Background in repairs, compliance or housing case management. Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Experience handling escalations, complaints and high-risk cases. Comfortable using housing management systems, reporting tools and Excel.
