Peabody is seeking an experienced Awaab''s Law Team Leader to lead a specialist team managing Awaab''s Law cases, ensuring residents receive safe, healthy homes through timely, compliant action and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of Awaab''s Law Leads and Administrators.
• Manage cases from identification to resolution, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
• Work closely with operational teams and contractors to coordinate investigations and remedial works.
• Monitor performance, analyse trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure residents receive clear, empathetic communication throughout their journey.

About you:

• Experienced people leader with a track record of delivering high-performing services.
• Background in repairs, compliance or housing case management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling escalations, complaints and high-risk cases.
• Comfortable using housing management systems, reporting tools and Excel.
