We are recruiting on behalf of a successful specialist technology business that delivers professional AV and collaboration solutions to customers across a range of sectors. They''re looking for an AV Technical Support Engineer to join their team and provide remote technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to customers. This is predominantly a desk based role, with occasional travel to customer sites when additional hands on support is required. It could be an ideal move for someone currently working as an AV Installation Engineer, AV Service Engineer, AV Field Engineer or AV Technician who has built strong technical knowledge on the tools and is now looking for a better work life balance without stepping away from the AV industry.What will you be doing?
