AV Support / Service Engineer (VENUE)

OverviewAV Support / Service Engineer – a new position seeking an experienced service engineer with at least 5 years of service experience. The role involves fault finding, fixing, and maintaining integrated AV systems installed in a one-off environment. You will look after two close sites that have state-of-the-art AV solutions.
Responsibilities
Fault find, fix, and maintain large-scale AV installations
Manage two close by sites with state-of-the-art AV solutions
Operate with a high level of technical precision in a time-sensitive environment
Provide excellent hands-on AV support and maintenance
Be client-facing when interfacing with customers
Work as part of a team and think creatively to resolve issues
Qualifications / Skills
Minimum 5 years of service experience in AV
Experience with large-scale LED videowalls (Barco, Christie and beyond)
Crestron Control
Q-SYS Audio/Video Control
Good understanding of commercial audio
Digital signage display systems
Excellent hands-on AV skills
Ability to be client-facing and work in a time-sensitive environment
Team player and ability to think outside the box
Requirements
You must be living in the UK and legally allowed to work here
Clearly defined skill set within the CV and related certifications
