The role is IT User Support / Operations based in London and full-time.This description presents the IT User Support / Operations position and related responsibilities and qualifications.Responsibilities
Windows 10 and Microsoft O365 troubleshootingResolution of software and hardware issues (laptops, desktops, printers)Installation and configuration of laptopsSoftware issues for in-house applicationsHandling tickets in the IT ticketing toolQuick analysis and incident management, with close collaboration with the expert teamPreparing new hardwareBuilding laptops and PCs with SCCMBasic meeting support knowledge (Teams and AV Support)Physical installation of cabling, monitors, docking stations, PCs, printersBasic network knowledge (patching)Able to present training material both in person and on Teams (training material provided by Belyfted)Work as part of a dynamic 1st and 2nd line user support team; analyse incidents, problems and service requests, propose solutions and help implement them; escalate and follow up as neededQualifications
Previous experience of supporting mobile devices and hand-held devicesGood administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information (ticketing tool, SLA)Previous experience working in a corporate IT environment is an assetExcellent customer-facing and communication skills; adaptable and welcoming of change and communicating change to customersKiosk Bar: welcoming users, troubleshooting and providing solutionsExcellent time management and organizational skillsStress resistant, team spirit and customer-mindedWilling to take initiative and be hands-onVery good communication skills, both verbal and written in local language and good command of ..... full job details .....
