Implementation of GenAI projectsGreat stakeholder management and Operations Delivery support/managementChange Management process, alongside the Transition and L1 + L3 support teamsCoordination of all escalated incidents (from the L1+ Automation support team) related to the Business Process AutomationsCoordination via Automation Transition team and L1 Managed Support Service partner, the technical transition process from Development into ProductionResponsible for ensuring a strong adherence of all Support resources to the Automation Operating ModelResponsible for ensuring there is an adequate rota of resources to support both the business pipeline of changes and incident remediation over 24/7Proactive communications and follow-up of incidents with Level 1 support or with other support groups, until they are resolvedMinimum Qualifications
Minimum years of experience: 10+ yearsMust Have Skills: ITIL ExperienceService Management process methodology + ITIL v5Leading operational aspects of large application footprint and operational teamsFamiliar with SRE methodology and techniquesNice to Have
