They have excellent training and development and a collaborative and fast-paced working culture.The role of Sales and Business Support Manager : The purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the key accounts sales team. Once a client has agreed on an event sponsorship package (sometimes across multiple events), your role would be to manage the post-sale administration, process, and relationship with these key sponsors (all of which would be large pharmaceutical clients). You would coordinate and manage the delivery of their package.This is a highly regulated sector and there are many potential issues around compliance. Therefore, you would work with both the client and internal stakeholders to ensure that contracts are accurate, signed, and compliant before ensuring that the commercial solution they have paid for goes ahead without any issues. You will be dealing with multiple internal departments to ensure the smooth and compliant delivery of their commercial package.This role requires close collaboration with the marketing, operations, sales, and finance teams, as well as direct communication with clients to deliver outstanding event experiences.
