About the role and team The Audit Technology Support and Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the ATT Support function, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of support across Audit Tools and Techniques (ATTs). The role will act as the primary escalation and coordination point between the support function and the Director of Audit Technology Support and Implementation.The role focuses on coordinating support activity across onshore and offshore teams, managing demand from audit teams, and ensuring issues are resolved effectively and efficiently. The role plays a central position within the ATT support model, acting as the primary escalation point and ensuring alignment between service delivery, audit team needs, and the broader Transformation and ATT landscape.
