About the role and Team The Assistant Manager - Audit Technology Support and Implementation plays a critical role in the delivery of high-quality, hands-on support across Audit Tools and Techniques (ATTs). The role sits between offshore delivery and the onshore management layer, combining technical support delivery with oversight, coaching and quality control of offshore resource. The Assistant Manager is responsible for resolving more complex and judgement-based support queries, particularly those requiring audit understanding, interpretation of results, or interaction with audit teams. In addition, the role ensures that offshore delivery is effective, consistent and aligned with expected standards, supporting the development of capability and ensuring a strong, scalable support model.
